阻化泵的幾個(gè)適用情況：
1.在開采有自燃型單一煤層或多分層煤層時(shí)，采用阻化劑溶液防火，向采空區(qū)殘煤噴射阻化劑溶液，抑制殘煤自燃，

是一種有效方法。
2.在煤巷中發(fā)生高冒并沉積大量浮煤時(shí)，可將自制帶孔的鐵管插入高冒處，與阻化泵的高壓膠管連接，將阻化劑溶液

噴灑在高冒浮煤上，預(yù)防自燃發(fā)火。
3.向采空區(qū)噴射阻化劑氣霧，能夠取得較好的防火效果，而且經(jīng)濟(jì)適用。阻化氣霧防火，是將霧化噴頭設(shè)置在采空區(qū)

漏風(fēng)點(diǎn)，通過液壓泵向可移動(dòng)的霧化噴頭供液，向采空區(qū)殘煤噴射阻化液霧。

煤礦用阻化泵特點(diǎn)
1、阻化泵是阻化劑防火技術(shù)中的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，隨機(jī)還配備了必要的管路、過濾器及閥門等系統(tǒng)配件。
2、阻化泵即可用噴槍直接向殘煤噴射阻化劑，又可利用于霧化噴頭噴霧，還可用于向煤體壓注阻化劑。
3、阻化泵體積小、重量輕，運(yùn)輸攜帶方便，尤其對(duì)于井下自然條件較差，設(shè)備和人員運(yùn)行不方便，難以運(yùn)進(jìn)較大設(shè)備

的地點(diǎn)合適。
4、只需2～3名作業(yè)人員，另外配置一輛盛裝阻化劑溶液的礦車就可以進(jìn)行工作。
