Ω型軌道掛纜滑車(chē)是一種半封閉Ω型軌道、軌道接頭、支架、牽引小車(chē)、掛纜小車(chē)、終端頭組成。牽引小車(chē)和掛纜小車(chē)均在Ω型軌道內(nèi)腔，在移動(dòng)設(shè)備拖拽下移動(dòng)行走，掛于掛纜小車(chē)上的電纜隨之放纜或收攬，同步移動(dòng)。

Ω型軌道掛纜滑車(chē)優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：可蔽雨雪、灰塵。小車(chē)行走輕便、噪音小、美觀，所有部件標(biāo)化，安裝簡(jiǎn)便。缺點(diǎn)是：價(jià)格偏高。

（2）電纜卷筒裝置

電纜卷筒裝置是將電纜盤(pán)狀儲(chǔ)存，卷繞在電纜卷筒上。當(dāng)移動(dòng)受電設(shè)備行走時(shí)，卷筒放纜，返回時(shí)卷筒收攬，卷筒可安裝在移動(dòng)受電設(shè)備上，也可固定安裝。

一般放纜時(shí)是利用電纜的張力，拉動(dòng)卷筒送纜；收纜時(shí)，利用電動(dòng)力，重力或彈簧儲(chǔ)能力，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)卷筒收攬。電纜卷筒的主要性能要求：：卷筒放纜速度應(yīng)和移動(dòng)受電設(shè)備同步。第二：對(duì)電纜受力的保護(hù)。當(dāng)張力超過(guò)電纜需用范圍時(shí)，卷筒應(yīng)能停轉(zhuǎn)或空轉(zhuǎn)。第三：電源輸入一般采用集電環(huán)和電刷。

電纜卷筒裝置常用的有：彈簧儲(chǔ)能式、電動(dòng)式兩種。

彈簧儲(chǔ)能式主要特點(diǎn)：該產(chǎn)品以彈簧力做動(dòng)力，不消耗電能，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。電纜在工作過(guò)程中始終受一定張力的作用，不會(huì)松弛，也不會(huì)纏繞打結(jié)。采用集電環(huán)、電刷集電結(jié)構(gòu)，供電可靠，設(shè)置了可逆轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)，卷筒能正反轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，故障較少、維護(hù)方便。缺點(diǎn)是：一般不建議長(zhǎng)距離，大直徑卷放電纜場(chǎng)合使用，彈簧收卷力計(jì)算調(diào)定恒張力，要求比較困難，電纜在放纜時(shí)，承受較大的張力。
