iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏為白色膏狀液體，由多種天然光亮劑、水解絲肽營(yíng)養(yǎng)保護(hù)劑、水性成膜劑，采用納米抗菌材料和有機(jī)安全高效抗菌劑復(fù)配而成。屬于非釋放型的處理劑，不滲失、不游移，也不會(huì)被微生物所消耗，以特殊的機(jī)械式殺菌（表面進(jìn)行涂抹），將賦予處理后之基質(zhì)優(yōu)越之耐久性，并且對(duì)微生物抗菌具有獨(dú)特的防護(hù)功能，以防止微生物所引起的危害，延長(zhǎng)皮面的使用壽命，并能強(qiáng)力去污、不傷皮面、防靜電、快干、不留痕跡，且能使處理后飽滿手感及增加產(chǎn)品價(jià)值感。作為耐久性抗微生物處理劑，它具有廣泛的抗菌活性。對(duì)諸如霉菌、藻類和酵母菌都有耐久性抗菌效果。

iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏的安全性

為了驗(yàn)證iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏的安全性，曾進(jìn)行了18項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)，對(duì)天竺鼠急性經(jīng)口毒性LD50為12，27g/Kg，此值表示每公斤體重天竺鼠的半致死量為12.27克，為了比較起見，現(xiàn)舉例加以說明。例如消毒上常用的烷基二甲基苯基氯化銨，其天竺鼠的LD50=0.48g/Kg，用作保存食品的添加劑山梨酸的天竺鼠的LD50是10.5g/Kg。我們每天食用的食鹽的LD50是3.0g/Kg。顯而易見iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏是極為安全的，對(duì)人體的毒性極低。能達(dá)到FDA和歐洲的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

使用說明 instruction

iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏可被直接混配入有機(jī)和無機(jī)配方中。它也可被用于有機(jī)和無機(jī)基質(zhì)的處理，其適用的溶劑有水、乙醇、酮類、酯類、烴類和氯代烴類。其處理方法為用軟皮、抹布或海綿沾少量iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏擦拭皮革表面即可。并能除去水副產(chǎn)物甲醇。在使用之前，必須先進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的試驗(yàn)，以確定應(yīng)用工藝條件，諸如時(shí)間和溫度條件等。

急性皮膚吸收

iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏的急性皮膚吸收毒性極低，經(jīng)天竺鼠試驗(yàn)，為L(zhǎng)D50>7，950毫克/公斤體重，因此，在一般的工業(yè)操作條件下，只要小心并做好清潔，本品并不會(huì)導(dǎo)致皮膚吸收中毒，但建議還是在戴手套的情況下使用。
