橡膠止水帶接頭方法有兩種：一種是采用粘接劑進行冷接頭，一種是使用熱硫化模具進行熱接。下邊就分別介紹下兩種接頭方法：粘接劑冷接是采用橡膠止水帶專用冷接膠水、采用搭接法把止水帶需要接頭的斷面用磨光機磨平5~10厘米、涂膠水壓實即可，具有強度高、凝固快的優(yōu)點、施工方便、省時省力，可達到一般工程質(zhì)量要求。現(xiàn)場熱接硫化法接頭是使用與止水帶匹配的熱硫化模具及生膠片現(xiàn)場硫化熱接，施工難度大，但接頭效果理想，適合對工程質(zhì)量要求嚴(yán)格的項目。1.可卸式止水帶為我公司生產(chǎn)的橡膠止水帶的一種，外觀為中間半圓或者圓型兩邊平板結(jié)構(gòu)，中間半圓結(jié)構(gòu)是為了伸縮縫變形時有較好的拉伸及壓縮，關(guān)鍵點在于兩這的平板，不是澆注到混凝土中的，是混凝土施工完成后，經(jīng)開槽安裝膨脹螺栓及鋼板安裝在混凝土表面的。可卸式止水帶可作為后期補救的一種防水措施，若伸縮縫漏水，可后期補入一層可卸止水帶，這也就解釋了為什么可卸，若出現(xiàn)可卸式止水帶也被破壞，可將原來的卸掉，再重新安裝一層。

2.可卸式橡膠止水帶安裝固定：預(yù)埋螺栓須提前固定在鋼板上,然后再澆筑預(yù)埋在混凝土中。應(yīng)采用加鋼板止水片的預(yù)埋鋼板,預(yù)埋鋼板下部的混凝土要仔細振搗。為便于安裝可卸式止水帶,變形縫的轉(zhuǎn)角部位應(yīng)做成圓弧形或45°角,圓弧半徑應(yīng)根據(jù)預(yù)埋螺栓的長度確定,以2個相鄰螺栓頭的距離不影響止水帶和止水帶夾板安裝為準(zhǔn),一般以250 - 300 ε為宜。預(yù)埋鋼板和夾板亦應(yīng)做成相同形狀。預(yù)埋螺栓時,應(yīng)在螺栓上涂抹黃油后套短PVC管保護。
