氣動(dòng)偏芯半球閥采用偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)來控制流體的角行程偏芯旋轉(zhuǎn)閥。閥芯的回轉(zhuǎn)中心不與旋轉(zhuǎn)軸同心，可減少磨損，閥芯后部設(shè)有一個(gè)導(dǎo)流翼，有利于流體穩(wěn)定流動(dòng)，半球體中線與閥桿中線偏置尺寸，與閥座中線偏置尺寸，全開時(shí)球體與閥座完全脫開，并有一定的間隙，回轉(zhuǎn)半徑分為長(zhǎng)半徑和短半徑，在長(zhǎng)半徑轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軌跡的切線會(huì)與閥座密封面形成一個(gè)θ角，在閥門啟閉時(shí)，半球相對(duì)閥座面有一個(gè)漸出脫離和漸入擠壓的作用，從而降低了啟閉時(shí)閥座與半球之間的機(jī)械磨損和擦傷，提高了使用壽命 RETZ品牌 (entricrotary valve) The inlet pneumatic entric hemisphere valvees entricshaft rotation to control the angular stroke entric rotary valve of fluid.The rotation center of the valve core is not concentric with the rotation axis,which can reduce wear.
